How long does shipping take?
We do our best to deliver your order as quickly as possible. On average, shipping takes about 10-15 days, depending on your location. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

I'd like to return or replace my order
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you need to return or replace your order, please contact us withi 1 or 3 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Once we review your request, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please reach out to us with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue as soon as possible.
I'd like to cancel my order.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped.
Once an order is shipped, we can no longer cancel it, but you may be able to return it after delivery following our return policy.
